I was lucky enough to pick up Fujifilm's latest X-T2 mirrorless camera this week, and there's nothing but praise for it online. It really is a great camera, but I thought I'd talk about a few firmware problems I've discovered so far.
My first serious medium format film camera. The Fuji GW690II from 1985 is big and bulky, but really easy to use and produces amazing photos.
Easily the best thrift store find I've ever made. This incredibly awesome and beefy amp did not require any servicing at all—I'm just glad somebody decided to donate it instead of tossing it in the dump.
I cleaned and fixed the lens on this camera. It was scary but educational. Hopefully you find this guide useful.
I found a pair of Minimus 77 bookshelf speakers unopened in the original boxes. Replaced the crossover capacitors just for kicks, and they're better than new.
This amp was sitting in my basement for almost a year before I finally decided to get it up and running again. Only needed a few bucks worth of parts.
I do an unboxing of a mint condition forty plus year old Marantz 2230 receiver, including all original packaging. Truly a sight to behold.
Arguably one of the cutest compact 35mm rangefinder film cameras ever made. At least in my opinion. I got this in a lot sale along with a few others, but I specifically kept this one because it's just so fantastic.
A very handsome matching Sansui integrated amplifier and tuner that I snagged for cheap last spring. The tuner has a cool motorized auto-search function.
